We're really excited to be bringing @kelly.o.brien and @kirstygmackay down to Portsmouth next Saturday. (October 12th) as part of Portsmouth's @photofringe weekender!

Exhibition Announcement!
Join us to celebrate the culmination of a Summer long project where we commissioned @eddie.stenstrom72 to make a photographic response to @downtownpompey Queer Mapping Project.
Tracing Safe/r Spaces is an exploration of ‘safe spaces’ and what they mean for queer individuals, emphasising that these spaces are not limited to physical locations; but can also be moments, feelings, or experiences that evoke a sense of security, comfort, and authenticity.
All our welcome to join us for the opening night on Friday October 11th between 6:00 - 8:30 PM at the wonderful @theboxgallerysouthsea as part of this years @photofringe
We'd like to thank partners @downtownpompey and @theboxgallerysouthsea and a special thank you to @eddie.stenstrom72 who has made some really exciting new work, all thanks to his sheer drive and determination.
On October 12th as part of @photofringe we'll be hosting Free Portfolio reviews with artists @kelly.o.brien and @kirstygmackay - spaces are very limited so book quickly!
The event will be held at @aspexportsmouth between 1-3pm and after the reviews, Kelly and Kirsty will present and discuss their work between 4-6pm.

There will be talks on the collection from University of Arts Bournemouth, a chance to spend time with the books and another talk all about Japanese Photography from the 60's and 70's.
This is a very special event and not one to miss, tickets are free/pay what you can and you can drop in and out of the event as much as you please.

We're really excited to announce that we have commissioned Eddie Stenstrom @eddie.stenstrom72 to work on a photo project exploring the idea of 'safe spaces' within the queer community as part of a direct response to @downtownpompey queer mapping project.
Eddie is looking for people to share their thoughts and have their portraits taken as part of a creative studio experience in a safe and friendly environment.
Eddie has a number of dates available for sittings and you can either DM him over Instagram or email him at stenstrom.photo@gmail.com
